We use an intense pulsed light system that directs precisely controlled strong pulses of filtered light at problem areas of the skin. The light is absorbed by the melanin in freckles, sun spots or liver spots. The pigmented area is heated and, over the following weeks, will gradually flake away, leaving little trace of the original mark.

The length and number of treatments will depend on the type and size of the pigmented area, but typically one to three treatments will be needed.
