Consultation Fee
It is our policy to request a consultation fee in order to confirm a session with the doctor or practitioner at one of our clinics. For Botox and Dermal Fillers costing over £180, the fee will be redeemable from the cost of your treatment. The balance will be payable no later than the day of your appointment.
Deposits for Macrolane and Fraxel Treatments
It is our policy to request a deposit in order to confirm a session with the doctor at one of our clinics. This will be deductable from the fee for your initial appointment. The balance will be payable no later than 3 days before your appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations of all booked appointments must be made no later than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made later than this, or no shows, will be charged a cancellation fee of £25 with a Practitioner and £50 with the Doctor (up to one hour).
We reserve the right to change our fees or prices without notice.
Children
In the interests of child safety, it is the policy of Cameleon Clinic not to allow children under 12 into any of our treatment rooms. If your child is coming to the clinic with you, they should remain in the waiting room accompanied by another adult.
